Legal Technology Training Specialist, New Jersey Office HYBRID ROLE $90,000 to $150,000 • Support the Firm’s technology training initiatives. • Assist in developing and delivering skills-based training, expanding eLearning library, supporting strategies for user adoption, and coordinating training logistics. • Reporting to the Legal Technology Trainer, you’ll play a key role in enhancing how our attorneys and staff are made aware of the available legal tools and become productive with them. • This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, content creation, and helping others get the most out of technology in a professional services environment. • Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal ability, and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly. • The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. • Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required. • A law firm or professional services background is necessary. • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a legal or technology field or equivalent work experience, is also preferred
