Job Description and skills you will be using:
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Assisting Business Customers over the phone and via email contact
• Working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Filing
• Copying & Scanning Documents
• Coordinating deliveries and scheduling with freight trucks
• Experienced working with office equipment such as copiers, scanning documents, phone systems, etc.
• Customer Service mindset
• Good interactive skills
• Multitasking Skills required
