Description -• Zack will be onsite tomorrow at 10AM. Customer confirmed the arrival time is perfect for him.
• He will be helping the Onsite POC troubleshoot to determine what’s causing the connectivity issues.
• Both will go through the entire scope while onsite and he will report back to us once done.
• For Paul's vis, you confirmed this will be $500 as Zack will travel 2hours back & forth and will consider this a whole day of visit.
• I will be sending a checklist for you and a service ticket in the afternoon after my calls/meetings and kindly send them over to Zack.
