Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing field service operations, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery, and providing technical support for various systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience with security systems and networking. As a Lead Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead Access Control Tech – Must have EL06 License Must have EL-06 Installation and Service of Access Control/Fire Alarms and Burglar systems. System Service as well as install of network devices Programming video/security/fire/access control Lead and supervise field service technicians during installations, repairs, and maintenance of security systems. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on system performance and customer feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to low voltage systems and computer networking. Skills Proven experience in field service operations with a focus on security systems. Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively. Strong understanding of computer networking principles and IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems). Knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage applications, and mechanical components. Ability to detect issues through systematic troubleshooting methods. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
