Concrete Laborer

MEMCO is Hiring a Concrete Saw and Drilling Laborer!

Full-Time & Long-Term

Schedule: M-F 7a-5p

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time + Overtime Opportunities

MEMCO is looking for a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our concrete sawing and drilling team! This is a hands-on role where you will support our lead operators on various job sites.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to work hard, get plenty of hours through overtime, and learn a specialized trade from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Setup: Assist with loading/unloading trucks and setting up heavy machinery (core drills, wall saws, etc.).
• Site Support: Manage slurry using wet vacuums and ensure the workspace is clear of concrete debris.
• General Labor: Use chipping hammers, grinders, and shovels to assist with site prep and teardown.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
• Manual Tasks: Perform heavy lifting (50–75 lbs.) and work on your feet in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• Reliability: Must be on time for early morning shifts.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of a construction site.
• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to jobsites.
• Availability: Must be willing to work overtime as project demands require.
• Attitude: Willingness to learn and follow directions from senior operators.
