Job Duties:
Visual inspection of parts.
Trim parts if required.
Tests parts on go no go gauges and air leak test as required.
Pack parts in proper quantity and containers per work procedure.
Record machine readings at start of shift.
Complete package labels for parts.
Load and unload silicon boots in ovens.
Record production, scrap, and downtime on manufacturing tracking sheets including adding totals per shift.

Need experience/knowledge of sensor, prox, limit switches, air cylinders, troubleshoorting electrical shorts

Position Summary
Under general and minimal supervision and according to established policy and procedures, performs routine maintenance and repairs to machinery and equipment. Must have specialty training and skills in more than one of the following areas: basic electricity, motor control systems, PLC’s, hydraulics and pneumatics systems, mechanical systems and all general maintenance repairs.

Qualifications Required:
Electrical Knowledge- PLC's, 480 Volts, 3 phase, trouble shooting/ repair of production machines, carousels, some plumbing knowledge, tig welding is a plus for repairs
Steel toes with metatarsal, (safety glasses, heat resistant gloves are provided by Beacon)
Shift- M-F 6:00am- 3:00pm
Pay range by experience $30.00-$36.00 hr
We are seeking a temporary nurse to work in a manufacturing facility in New Castle. Must have experience in nursing, first aid, CPR certified. It is a temporary position to cover for 2-3 months possibly. First shift, Monday- Friday 7:30am- 3:30pm.
Company has a medical department to assist if any injuries occur. Accurate reporting and Workman's Comp knowledge is key. Nursing is required to apply.
