Production Sorter

Job Duties:

1. Visual inspection of parts.

2. Trim parts if required.

3. Tests parts on go no go gauges and air leak test as required.

4. Pack parts in proper quantity and containers per work procedure.

5. Record machine readings at start of shift.

6. Complete package labels for parts.

7. Load and unload silicon boots in ovens.

8. Record production, scrap, and downtime on manufacturing tracking sheets including adding totals per shift.

9. Re-pack parts as directed by the Supervisor.

10. Sort and inspect parts if directed by the Supervisor.

11. Keep raw material supplies at machine.

12. Maintain 5’s in work areas.

13. Communicate with Supervisor, Plant Manager, and or Maintenance if the machine deviates during production process.

14. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
