Mechanical assembly of aircraft interior products, work includes but not limited to sheet metal fabrication, and/or mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assembly by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions:

Measures parts to determine specified tolerance

Drills, taps, reams, countersinks, and spot faces bolt holes in parts

Must be proficient in using most hand operated tools

Follows written instructions, note and dimensions on drawings

Ability to follow the redline process for drawing errors
-
Bolts, screws, and rivets parts together
-
Disassembles and replaces parts as required
-
Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies
-
Marks identifying information on parts
-
Have a working knowledge of proper riveting techniques
-
Proficient in modifying parts per the drawings i.e.: cut, drill, radius, etc.

Able to identify required dash numbers in a drawing structure

Perform soldering and crimping operations

Tests functional performance of assembly
-
Share knowledge and techniques to help others progress

Education, Certifications and Experience:

High school diploma or GED and five years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
