We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry/Accounting Clerk to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:

Perform 10-key data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks

Utilize QuickBooks for data management and reporting

Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office documents

Support the accounting team with general administrative duties
Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable and punctual

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
