We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry/Accounting Clerk to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 10-key data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks

  • Utilize QuickBooks for data management and reporting

  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office documents

  • Support the accounting team with general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
