Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of condominium operations, including maintenance, administration, and vendor management.

  • Supervise on-site staff and ensure work orders, maintenance requests, and community projects are completed efficiently.

  • Manage budgets, contracts, and financial reports in coordination with the Board of Directors.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and compliance.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents, vendors, and association members—ensuring prompt, professional communication.

  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare management reports, and implement board decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of condominium or property management experience (CAM License required).

  • Proven leadership and operational management skills in a residential or community setting.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and contracts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hands-on approach with the ability to roll up your sleeves and support the team where needed.
