Our client, a well-established residential condominium community, is seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service and maintenance throughout the property. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of condominium operations, including maintenance, administration, and vendor management.
Supervise on-site staff and ensure work orders, maintenance requests, and community projects are completed efficiently.
Manage budgets, contracts, and financial reports in coordination with the Board of Directors.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and compliance.
Serve as the main point of contact for residents, vendors, and association members—ensuring prompt, professional communication.
Coordinate board meetings, prepare management reports, and implement board decisions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of condominium or property management experience (CAM License required).
Proven leadership and operational management skills in a residential or community setting.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and contracts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to roll up your sleeves and support the team where needed.
