We’re seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of a Property Owners Association (POA) in Jupiter, FL. This position is perfect for a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) who’s experienced with QuickBooks and enjoys flexible, part-time work (20 hours/week).
You’ll work closely with board members, vendors, and residents to ensure smooth property operations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.
Pay/Compensation/Details:

$30.00–$35.00/hour

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Active Florida CAM License (Required)

Experience managing POAs or HOAs (Preferred)

Proficient in QuickBooks for accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting

Handle resident communications, board meetings, and vendor coordination

Ensure compliance with Florida CAM/POA regulations

Strong organizational and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently
