We’re seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of a Property Owners Association (POA) in Jupiter, FL. This position is perfect for a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) who’s experienced with QuickBooks and enjoys flexible, part-time work (20 hours/week).

You’ll work closely with board members, vendors, and residents to ensure smooth property operations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.

Pay/Compensation/Details:

• $30.00–$35.00/hour

• Part-time – 20 hours/week

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Active Florida CAM License (Required)

• Experience managing POAs or HOAs (Preferred)

• Proficient in QuickBooks for accounting, invoicing, and financial reporting

• Handle resident communications, board meetings, and vendor coordination

• Ensure compliance with Florida CAM/POA regulations

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Must be local to Jupiter, FL or surrounding area
