A distinguished private family office is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide high-level support across multiple businesses, including an investment fund, public relations, fiduciary services, real estate and property management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and data management. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with high-net-worth investors, business partners, and clientele.
Pay/Compensation/Details:

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the private family and affiliated businesses.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments with the primary stakeholders.

Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accommodations, and logistics.

Handle confidential documents, financial records, and sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in real estate and property management by coordinating maintenance, lease agreements, and vendor relations.

Support investment fund operations and data management.

Facilitate public relations efforts by drafting correspondence, managing media accounts, and assisting with brand representation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business associates, and service providers.

Perform additional administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations across all business ventures.
