HR Assistant/Receptionist - Jupiter

We are seeking a friendly and organized HR Receptionist to join our team in a medical office located in North Palm Beach County. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional front desk support while assisting with basic human resources tasks.

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$22/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Maintain front desk area and ensure it is clean and welcoming

  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and onboarding paperwork.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (medical or HR background preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
