Manpower is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a company located in West Palm Beach.

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating resolutions to their inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience. This role is an excellent fit for individuals who are eager to learn, passionate about helping others, and excited to develop new skills within a supportive team setting. Go getter personality and attitude will do very well. 

Hourly pay with opportunity to earn commissions on recovered amounts.

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

This position is not remote.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

  • Assist customers in navigating processes, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.

  • Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

  • Provide empathetic and courteous customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent achievement of performance metrics.

  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and debt recovery strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

  • Prior CSR experience required

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customer concerns.

  • Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and databases.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptable to changing situations.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.

  • Customer Service Representative: 2 recent continuous years

 

This position is contingent on a background check

 

Salary: $17.00/hr DOE
