Client in the Sebastian, FL area is seeking a Property Manager
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Establish and cultivate community relationships with the staff, vendors, residents, and guests.
? Provide timely follow-up and ensure thorough follow-through with prospective and current residents.
? Engage actively in community marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates.
? Monitor and report on rent delinquencies for specific residents as required.
? Comply with all state, governmental, and local regulations to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines.
? Demonstrate adaptability to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment.
? Conduct duties with integrity and honesty.
? Maintain composure under pressure and fulfill commitments consistently.
? Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
? Possess strong organizational and planning capabilities.
? Demonstrate strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
? Ensure customers/residents receive exemplary service.
? Address inquiries from guests and residents.
? Enforce established rules and standards.
Requirements:
? High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
? Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
? Successful completion of a standard background check, encompassing criminal and credit history
? Minimum of one year of experience in the property management industry.
? Demonstrated leadership abilities.
? Excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies.
? Robust organizational and negotiation skills.
? Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
? Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
? Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local laws related to fair housing.
? Basic computer literacy, including email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Manage America and Campspot is a plus.
