    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our medical office phone room team! The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience and strong communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming patient calls with professionalism and efficiency

    • Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries

    • Update and verify patient information in the EHR system

    • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of EHR experience (required)

    • Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred

    • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities
