    Manpower is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative to manage high-volume calls, assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and general inquiries. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, empathy, and can multitask efficiently for our client in Vero beach, FL.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle high-volume calls in English & Spanish.

    • Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and inquiries.

    • Provide accurate healthcare service information.

    • Document patient interactions efficiently.

    • Maintain confidentiality & comply with HIPAA regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluent in Spanish & English.

    • Call center experience (healthcare preferred).

    • Knowledge of medical terminology & insurance verification a plus.

    • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in computer systems & EMR software.

    • High school diploma required; higher education preferred.

    Schedule:

    • Must be capable of working Monday through Friday between 7:30am - 6:00pm

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 per hour
