Manpower is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative to manage high-volume calls, assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and general inquiries. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, empathy, and can multitask efficiently for our client in Vero beach, FL.
Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume calls in English & Spanish.

Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and inquiries.

Provide accurate healthcare service information.

Document patient interactions efficiently.

Maintain confidentiality & comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish & English.

Call center experience (healthcare preferred).

Knowledge of medical terminology & insurance verification a plus.

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in computer systems & EMR software.

High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
Schedule:

Must be capable of working Monday through Friday between 7:30am - 6:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
