We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing Securities Construction Client, specializing in the installation of advanced security systems including cameras, gates, windows, and doors for community projects and Homeowners and associations nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, with 5-10 years of experience in construction project management. The role requires the ability to attract, and recruit needed subcontractors, manage materials, and oversee projects from start to finish. Extensive travel throughout the USA, up to 80% of the time, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the installation of security systems, including cameras, gates,  bullet proof windows, and doors for various projects nationwide.

  • Schedule, recruit, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

  • Order and manage materials required for each project.

  • Ensure all projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.

  • Travel to various project sites across the country, up to 80% of the time.

  • Maintain flexible working hours when onsite to ensure the highest standard of job completion.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet all project requirements and expectations.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to report daily to the office in Miami when not traveling.

  • 5-10 years of experience in security installation project management.

  • Strong construction background with proven experience managing installation projects for cameras, gates, windows, and doors.

  • Ability to attract and recruit needed subcontractors.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively to different states. Up to 80% of the time.

  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when onsite.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $90,000 - $95,000, depending on experience.
