Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a manufacturing facility, with mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly line processes. This role is crucial for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred or comparable work experience, High School Diploma / GED required.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Shipping & Receiving office required.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a people manager required.

• SAP Experience preferred.

• Experience with international shipping and DG (dangerous goods) shipping required.

• Verbal and written professional communication skills required.

• Microsoft Office skills required.

• Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure on-time delivery.

• Work closely with transport planner to ensure carrier availability.

• Manage rush orders, resolving issues during planning and updating master data.

• Reviews and proposes planning improvements.

• Responsible for handling complaints and reconciling carrier invoicing deviations with Purchasing / Finance.

• Prepares transport KPIs and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
