Manpower is currently hiring Collection Representatives for a company located in West Palm Beach.

 

As a Collections Representative, you will play a vital role in interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating resolutions to their inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience while also managing collections and debt recovery processes. This role is an excellent fit for individuals who are eager to learn, passionate about helping others, and excited to develop new skills within a supportive team setting. Go getter personality and attitude will do very well. Hourly pay with opportunity to earn commissions on recovered amounts.

Salary: $17.00/hr.- $20.00/hr DOE

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

This position is not remote.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

  • Assist customers in navigating processes, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

  • Collaborate with customers to establish repayment plans, negotiate settlements, and provide guidance on resolving outstanding debts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment arrangements.

  • Adhere to established scripts, policies, and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

  • Provide empathetic and courteous customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent achievement of performance metrics.

  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and debt recovery strategies.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customer concerns.

  • Ability to effectively navigate computer systems and databases.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptable to changing situations.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
