Manpower is hiring a Property Administrator for a very prestigious company in Palm Beach Gardens.


In this position you will be the face of the company, the person that commercial tenants will be greeting daily.

This is a Class A office building representing only top Palm Beach County companies. We are looking for professional candidates who could learn and grow in a fast paced and changing environment.


In this position your role is to ensure building tenants happiness is #1.  You will be considered a liaison between tenants and building staff to ensure are buildings are clean, functional, and welcoming. 


Your daily routine will include:

  • Answering the phones, receiving, and dispatching service requests.

  • Preparing documents (letters, memos, etc.), filing and projects assigned.

  • Process accounts payable weekly, Assists with budgets and financial reports, reconciling A/R accounts and coding invoices.

  • Tracking of certificates of insurance

  • Review statements with Tenant and discuss what is owed. Create statements for charges itemizing amounts due

  • Contact vendor to request any missing invoices, packing slips, request W-9 to set up vendor.

  • Review Work Orders for accuracy

  • Create Notice to Owners

  • Review cash receipts to submit to APM for approval

  • Maintain Certificate of Insurance along with Contact Information

  • Receive calls at management office, determines nature of business, and directs callers to appropriate destination; takes messages, recording name, time of call, nature of business and person called upon when necessary and/or directs voice mail.

  • Greet guests and visitors to the management office and effectively deals with their concerns by exhibiting a professional, mature, courteous, gracious, and efficient manner.

  • Maintain proper telephone and reception procedures and quality tenant service.

  • Open, distribute incoming mail; collects and prepares outgoing mail; maintains confidentiality

  • Coordinate timely repair and maintenance of office equipment

  • Adjust to changing situations, working effectively under pressure.

Requirements:


· High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree is preferred.

· Experience supporting a Commercial Property Management Team

· Experience in Microsoft office, Excel, event planning, reception, work orders, certificates of insurance, tenant interaction, construction management, Angus, and AP/AR.

· Resourceful at identifying and working around obstacles and finding solutions

 

 

Pay $20.67/hr.
