Operations Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's retail establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in store management, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties:

• Order Entry

• Billing

• Shipment Expediting

• Customer Service

Required Skills:

• Must be proficient on Apple Mac Computers and Microsoft Excel

• Must have proven experience in business office environments

• Must be friendly, personable and customer service oriented

• Must be organized, very detail oriented and responsible

• Must be interested in a long-term position with room to grow

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creativity and experience in working with interior designers are a plus

• Must have history of long job tenures and be interested in long term position

• Must be located between Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach

Schedule:

• Work from home after a few weeks of in office training

• Part time to start - 5 days/week – 4 to 5 hours/day with opportunity for full time
