Controller

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the set budget and time line.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion

• Coordinate and oversee construction activities

• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to time lines

• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

• Conduct construction estimating and budgeting

• Implement project quality control measures

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management

• Proficiency in using Civil 3D, ProCore, Prolog, and other relevant software

• Strong project scheduling skills

• Knowledge of construction management practices

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Must be able to commute between projects in Palm Beach and Martin counties.
