We are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented Data Capturing/Front End Analyst(s) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone junior, as we are committed to providing thorough training to develop your skills in data capturing and CRM system management. Your primary responsibility will be data entry into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a keen eye for detail, be eager to learn, and fit well within our company culture. You will be part of a small but rapidly growing team, working in a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.
This candidate will work directly with our Financial Analysts to ensure we have all required information from applicants and deal originators so we can perform a detailed underwrite to mitigate risk to the company.
Responsibilities:
Accurately capture and enter data into our CRM system.
Identify missing or incorrect information provided by applicants
Maintain data integrity and quality control.
Assist in developing and implementing data capturing procedures.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Help improve data entry processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to work in a rapidly scaling start-up environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Additional Capabilities:
Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
Basic understanding of data management principles.
Employment:
W2 (Full Time), or Contractor.
Remuneration:
Competitive $35,000-$45,000 base per annum, plus bonus.
