We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Executive Administrative Assistant to support our client's executive. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service.

Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, organizing project materials, and facilitating communication among team members.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and files.

Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.

Support the executive team with various clerical tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role in the CONSTRUCTION industy.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
