Experienced executive assistant who will lead the coordination for our client's executive team and office in all administrative activities. Efficient organizer who can manage multiple calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.  Eloquent and succinct communicator with experience in client management and interacting with all levels of leadership.  Passionate about making a positive impact as a central member of our team and creating a positive and welcoming environment for employees and guests.

 

Required skills and experience:

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office-MS Word/Excel/Outlook and PowerPoint and proficient in technology

  • A pro-active individual with strong organizational skills and a resourceful attitude

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team 

  • Must be detail-oriented and very efficient

  • Basic knowledge of resources in the community available for the homeless population.

  • Ability to form partnerships in the community and seek out community resources

  • Able to speak, write and understand English.

  • Strong time management, and data management skills 

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure 

  • Ability to provide customer service to difficult populations 

  • Preference to those who are Bi-Lingual.

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma required; An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred, or

  • Equivalent Administrative Assistant certification program with at least 5 years of proven work experience.

$26.44/hr.
