$17.00 - $22.00/hr.

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and maintain office files, including organizing and updating documents

  • Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming

  • Handle phone calls and inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Handle data entry and light AR/AP duties using QuickBooks.

  • At times, you will be required to drive to/from post office or locally for supplies.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2 years of AR/AP experience

  • 2 years of QuickBooks

  • 2 years of prior Office Management experience.

  • Valid Driver's license and you must own your own car.
