Compounder

We are seeking a skilled Compounder to join our team. The Compounder will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials to create various products according to specifications.

Duties

Operate and maintain equipment used in the compounding process

Weigh and measure raw materials accurately

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and consistency

Monitor and adjust process parameters as needed

Perform quality checks on finished products

Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

Document production activities and maintain accurate records

Skills

Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards

Experience working in a laboratory or warehouse setting

Proficiency in materials handling techniques

Ability to operate a forklift for material movement

Familiarity with machining processes to fabricate components

Packaging experience for final product assembly

Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles for efficient production processes
