Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our client's team at their facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of facilities to provide a safe and functional environment for occupants.
Responsibilities

Perform repairs on equipment and systems including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC

Inspect buildings to identify maintenance issues and create work orders for repairs

Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory

Supervise external contractors when necessary
Skills

Mechanical knowledge to perform various repair tasks

Ability and experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, etc.

Experience in painting for facility upkeep

Ability to supervise external contractors effectively

Understanding of schematics and logic controllers for equipment troubleshooting

Strong leadership skills to guide maintenance team effectively

Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices to ensure proper upkeep

Excellent customer service skills to address occupants' maintenance requests efficiently
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
