We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties.
25 - 35/hr DOE
Duties:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems

Repair or replace defective equipment parts

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

Provide excellent customer service while on-site

Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Experience:
-
Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
-
Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters, refrigeration gauges, welding equipment, and other hand tools

Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration, boilers, and building automation systems
-
Experience in property maintenance or field service is a plus
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Proficiency with ohmmeters for electrical testing

Strong knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Experience as a service technician in the HVAC industry

Ability to perform property maintenance tasks

Knowledge of boiler systems and building construction

Skilled in field service work including welding tasks

Valid driver's license for operating company vans
