About the Role: Tenant Services Coordinator.

 

Manpower is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tenant Services Coordinator for an exclusive commercial property in Boca Raton. This role is the primary point of contact for tenants and key external vendors, responsible for executing a wide variety of initiatives including amenities, tenant events, vendor outreach, and civic partnerships. The main responsibility is developing and maintaining strong working relationships with tenants, ensuring their issues and needs are addressed and resolved promptly.

 

Customer Service and Communication:

 

· Act as a liaison between the Property Management team and tenants.

 

· Lead communication efforts with tenants, vendors, the management team, and community representatives.

 

· Manage tenant appreciation programs, including gifts and recognition for special occasions.

 

· Distribute welcome packages to new tenants and maintain updated tenant handbooks.

 

· Provide regular tenant correspondence on upcoming events and activities.

 

· Develop and manage discount programs with local businesses for tenants.

 

· Ensure tenants are greeted daily from 8am - 9am as they arrive.

 

· Keep the amenity guide/brochure updated and accessible online and in hard copy.

 

· Organize annual meetings with tenants to discuss concerns and suggestions.

 

· Maintain and circulate a tenant contact list to ensure information accuracy.

 

· Support health & wellness initiatives and community outreach opportunities for tenants.

 

Event Planning:

 

· Develop ideas, programming, and budgets for tenant events and value-add services.

 

· Record and analyze event attendance and feedback.

 

Marketing Materials:

 

· Assist in organizing and distributing a monthly newsletter highlighting amenities, tenant discounts, and building events.

 

· Manage the property website and keep documents updated.

 

· Create and distribute news and events materials.

 

· Maintain the tenant handbook and amenity guide brochure.

 

· Design flyers and graphics for upcoming events and promotions.

 

Qualifications:

 

· 1-2 years of experience in marketing or customer service.

 

· Proficient in social media, Mailchimp, Canva, and PowerPoint.

 

· Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts.

 

· Ability to work independently and manage projects.

 

· Strong time management and prioritization skills.

 

· Excellent computer skills and strong communication abilities.

 

· Impeccable writing and grammar skills.

 

· Experience in account service or customer experience environments.
