As an Account and Collections Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our client's accounts. You'll be responsible for managing company accounts including receivables, analyzing customer payment trends, and implementing effective collection strategies. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying potential risks and opportunities to optimize cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify delinquent accounts

• Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve payment discrepancies

• Analyze customer payment patterns and develop strategies to minimize bad debt

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve collections efficiency

• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and financial performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management and collections
