Part-time Bilingual Dental Front Desk Coordinator

We are representing a client in the Jupiter area that is seeking a part-time Bilingual Dental Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Eaglesoft software and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 10:00am - 7:00pm

$19/hr. - $22/hr. Depending on experience 

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.

• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims.

• Collect payments from patients and manage billing tasks.

• Maintain patient records and update information as necessary.

• Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

• Ensure the waiting area and front desk area are clean and organized.

Proficiency Requirements:

• Eaglesoft Software: Must have advanced proficiency in Eaglesoft dental software.

Communication Skills: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and insurance companies effectively.

Organizational Skills: 

• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, billing, and office tasks efficiently.

Customer Service: 

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for patients.

Team Player: 

• Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus.
