Assistant Property Manager

In this role you will provide administrative functions surrounding the property’s needs in many categories: financial, lease, operations, tenant relations, vendor contract, operations administration, construction projects and tenant improvement management.


The Assistant Property Manager also has organizational duties such as liaising with residents, collecting rent, doing basic bookkeeping, organizing property viewings, and overseeing facility maintenance.




• Proficient in Word

• Sound working knowledge of Excel

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proficient in AP software and accounting platforms MRI or Kardin software experience REQUIRED

• Previous property management experience

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and a track record of exceeding customer expectations

• Self-starter with highly effective independent work skills that can function effectively within a team environment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team of assertive personalities

• Capable of delivering results on time, on budget

• Project Management experience

• Previous experience with class A Commercial office buildings - Can only be considered


Working knowledge of construction process:

• Invoice processing and terminology

• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills

• Develop and maintain business relationships through membership and participation in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations



Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Pay: $65 to $72k salaried position
