Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill a Thin Press Machine Operator position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Pay Rate: $19–$23 per hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (mandatory overtime as needed)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Operate thin press or stamping machines to form metal components according to production specifications.

• Load raw materials into the machine and remove finished parts.

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, work instructions, and production documents.

• Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure and basic measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet company and industry standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work independently and as part of a production team to meet daily production goals.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.

• Must be able to read a tape measure.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
