Copper Tube Machine Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill a Copper Tube Machine Operator position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Pay Rate: $19–$22 per hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Mandatory overtime as needed
  Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Operate copper tube processing machines used to cut, bend, expand, or form tubing according to specifications.

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, work instructions, and production documents.

• Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work independently while also collaborating with production team members to meet daily output goals.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.

• Must be able to read a tape measure (testing may be required).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
