Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler for a 3-month temporary assignment in Hillsboro, OR. This role supports receiving, shipping, and inventory operations in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am start time, 8-hour shifts
Assignment Length: 3 months (temporary)
Key Responsibilities

Stage ingredients and materials to support daily and upcoming production schedules

Pull recipes, labels, and lot tracking paperwork for production runs

Supply production lines with materials and move finished product to proper storage locations

Follow GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and lot tracking procedures

Read and process pick tickets to stage customer orders, including will-call pickups

Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials and finished products safely

Assist teammates with warehouse tasks such as battery changes, large orders, or cleanup

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED
-
At least 6 months of warehouse or food handling experience

Prior stand-up forklift experience required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

Ability to read and follow SOPs, policies, and written instructions

Ability to work independently or as part of a team and stay productive during downtime
Maybe You Have

Stand-up forklift certification

Experience with lot tracking, inventory counts, or GMP environments

Familiarity with FDA, USDA, ODA, or OSHA-regulated workplaces
