Fire Sprinkler Inspector

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector for our client. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and be detail orientated.

Shift: Monday - Friday Day

Pay: $40+/hr DOE and Certifications

Fire Sprinkler Inspector Responsibilities:

• Inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems.

• Service calls when needed.

• Standing, walking and working with the hands to be expected.

• Some lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and stooping as necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Assist in alarm system sales by providing technical expertise to clients.

Fire Sprinkler Requirements:

• NICET II in testing of water-based Fire protection systems.

• WA State Journey Level certified sprinkler fitter.

• Working knowledge of NFPA 10 & 25 codes.

• Working knowledge of alarm panels, devices and critical components.

• Self-motivated, customer service oriented Inspectors with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Complete documentation as necessary; proficient in the use of personal computers.

• Valid drivers license.

Fire Sprinkler Preferences:

• Portland Certificate of Fitness Fire Extinguisher License, will be required within reasonable amount of time of hire.

• Backflow prevention device certification preferred.

• Fire extinguisher certification preferred.
