Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Leasing Agent to work at properties throughout the Morgan Hill area.
Requirements:

Knowledge in Fair Housing, LIHTC, Section 8

Ability to perform unit tours, process new applicant paperwork

Ability to process unit monthly payments
-
Ability to maintain positive relationships with tenants

Phone answering services
-
1 years of property management experience
Responsibilities include:

Perform daily tours with new tenant applicants
-
Ensure all policies and procedures are upheld and infractions are properly reported

Meet leasing objectives by ensuring proper sales techniques are used including first-hand leasing
-
Exercise independent judgment and discretion to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns
-
Take responsibility for administrative duties including required reporting
-
Maintain a resident retention program, newsletter, resident referral program, and/or social activities
-
Ensure property compliance with OSHA, Fair housing, and safety guidelines
-
Investigate, report incidents regarding residents, employees, vendors or others regarding the property
Pay: $19-22/hour
