Press Brake Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find experienced Press Brake Operators for a metal fabrication manufacturing client located in Boring, Oregon.

Press Brake Operator (Day & Swing Shift)

Location: Boring, Oregon
Pay: $25 – $30+/hr (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: Monday – Thursday (4/10's shift)

• Swing Shift: Monday – Thursday (4/10's shift)

Press Brake Operator Responsibilities

• Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts to specifications

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

• Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)

• Adjust machine settings for material type, thickness, and bend angles

• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Communicate with team leads and other departments to ensure job accuracy and timelines

Press Brake Operator Requirements

• 2+ years of press brake operation experience (CNC preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

• Forklift experience a plus

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
