Turret Punch Press Operator

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill Turret Punch Machine Operator with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in manufacturing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Job Title: Turret Punch Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $26 per hour
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1^st (5:30AM-2:00PM); 2^nd (1:30PM-10:00PM)

THIS IS TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate an Amada Turret to fabricate high-quality metal parts.

• Read blueprints and job specifications to ensure precision in punching patterns.

• Perform quality checks and make adjustments to maintain high standards.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Work alongside a collaborative production team to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience operating a turret punch machine (Amada preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• CNC programming knowledge is a plus!

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
