Pay: Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + Uncapped Commission | On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$100,000+

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking a driven Forklift & Equipment Sales Representative for a leading equipment rental company in the Phoenix area. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced and ambitious B2B/B2C sales professional who is ready to take ownership of a sales territory. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the equipment or material handling industry and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
As an independent and remote representative, you will be the face of Beach City Lift in the Phoenix area, with the autonomy to manage your own schedule and client portfolio. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in an independent role, and is motivated by a high-earning potential.
What You'll Do:

Develop and manage a sales territory throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding regions.

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for forklift and heavy equipment rentals and sales.

Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Provide accurate and timely quotes, follow up on leads, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Educate customers on our equipment offerings and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the equipment rental, forklift, or a related industrial sector.

Direct knowledge and hands-on experience with forklifts and/or material handling equipment is highly preferred.

A valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.

A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
