Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a lead fabricator millwright for our client in NE Portland. The successful candidate will be able to fabricate from prints as well as replace, maintain or repair equipment in a shop or in the field.

Fabricator Millwright Pay:$30-34/hr DOE

Fabricator Millwright Shift: M-F Day's with potential overtime and local traveling

Fabricator Millwright Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld from print with FCAW and SMAW in a shop environment and field work

• Repair, maintain and replace conveyors, dam gates, industrial machinery and structures

Fabricator Millwright Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a FCAW and SMAW weld test

• Proficient use of blueprints to build and fabricate

• Excellent knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, industrial machinery and dam structures

• Ability to stand, kneel, squat and be on your feet for long periods of time

• Ability to work in an elevated environment on manlifts

• Ability to work in inclement weather and dusty or dirty environments

• Ability to provide your own basic fabricating and millwright tools

• Hold a valid drivers license

• Ability to work travel and work in the field
