Job Title: Production / Maintenance Technician (Seasonal)
Pay: $20 – $22 per hour
Shifts Available: Swing & Graveyard

 Job Summary:
You’ll play a critical role in supporting daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include lubricating and greasing machinery, assisting in general shop clean-up, and working closely with experienced mechanics. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine oiling and greasing of production equipment

• Assist with general maintenance and cleanliness of the maintenance shop

• Support mechanics with basic maintenance tasks and repairs

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

• Learn and grow into more advanced maintenance duties over time

Requirements:

• Willingness to work swing or graveyard shifts

• Reliable and punctual

• Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

• Must pass background check

• Swing Shift

Compensation:

• $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
