Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for our client in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects from beginning to end in Washington and Oregon.
Compensation: $85K-100K
Shift: Monday-Friday
Project Manager Responsibilities:

Ability to work collaboratively with all project team members

Perform safety walk inspections

Review technical drawings, blueprints, contracts

Perform all aspects of bidding for projects

Process design directives
Project Manager Requirements:
-
5+ year's of commercial construction experience

2+ year's of project management
-
Knowledge of building processes, practices, and techniques
-
Working knowledge and understanding of contracts, plans, and specifications

Successfully navigate job- costs, schedules, and estimates

People person; create and maintain client relations

MS Office, MS Project
