Machinist

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Machinist. This position requires a person with good mechanical aptitude with the ability and desire to learn light machine work which includes operating lathes, welders, and use of hand tools. One must be able to lift 30-50lbs. regularly. All tools and training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Machinist Pay:

- $20-24/hr DOE

Machinist Shift:

- M-F

- 8-5pm

Machinist Responsibilities:

- Assemble and dis-assemble drive shafts

- Identify, clean and inspect drive shafts and drive shaft parts

- Balancing of drive shafts

- Assist in the machine shop

- Assist in making specialized drive shaft parts

Machinist Responsibilities:

- 3+ years experience in an automotive, industrial or agriculture industry with mechanical and or technical skills preferred

- Above average knowledge of reading and using a tape measure and precision measurement tools

- Ability to lift, bend or push up to 50 pounds regularly
