We are looking for Journeyman $24.00 - $30.00 to work on commercial and residential projects. These positions are for individuals with experience in all aspects of construction – from rough framing to finish and with both interior and exterior experience. Referral Bonuses Responsibilities: -All phases of construction from ground-up to remodel work. -Framing - including wood and possibly metal. -Finish work including door installation, flooring, cabinet install, trim install, tile, and more. -Direct carpenter helpers and laborers as needed. Carpenter Helpers will provide assistance to Carpenters. Qualifications: -Minimum 3+ years’ experience with commercial and/or residential construction. -Experience with installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and specialty finishes. -Able to do both wood and metal framing, work in both interior and exterior settings. -Have all hand tools and other applicable tools for carpentry. -Must have good attendance and must be able to arrive on time for work. -Experience reading reading blueprints and following instructions. -Reliable transportation.
