Perform final QA checks, batch verification, and documentation review
Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous process improvement
What You Bring
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
Active Texas Pharmacist License
Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital cleanroom)
Strong aseptic technique, gowning, and documentation skills
Working knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, and quality-driven workflows
High level of accuracy, professionalism, and accountability
