Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily sterile and non-sterile compounding production
Prepare, measure, package, and label medications according to SOPs and batch records
Maintain USP <795>, <797>, and <800> compliance standards
Support inventory management, documentation accuracy, and quality controls
Work in a fast-paced cleanroom and production environment
Collaborate with pharmacists, leads, and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician
Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License (required)
1+ year of experience in compounding, production, fulfillment, or retail pharmacy
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulated procedures
Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment
Pharmacy Technician in Training
Active Texas Pharmacy Technician Trainee Registration
Strong interest in sterile and non-sterile compounding
Willingness to learn and advance toward full licensure
Ability to follow detailed processes and quality standards
